It is for freedom that Christ set us free. That's what Paul wrote in Galatians 5:1, and Jesus Himself said that He came to earth so that we may have life and have it to the full (John 10:10). Just imagine that: life abundant. Not barely serving, but truly living. Laughter. Hope. Restoration. Purpose. Freedom. This is the kind of life God wants you to have, and through this study, you'll discover why this is His desire and also how you can experience it each and every day.
Are Freedom Groups different than Small Groups?
Differently than other small group hubs, every Freedom Group follows the same curriculum and timeline during the semester. Sign up for Freedom Groups closes once the groups begin. This better hones in on group accountability and confidentiality. To ensure for a smaller, intimate group experience, Freedom Groups cap at 10 people. This is why those who sign up are assigned to a group. Your convenience is still greatly accounted for though, which is why we consider your best evening of the week.
Freedom Groups are not different than small groups. In fact, they are just another added hub to expand options for those looking to expand their relationships. In particular, these friendships will simply be formed while finding further freedom.
You can expect the same experience in Freedom Groups as you would in any other small group, which includes a caring leader, space to ask questions, time to have fun, and margin to build friendships.
The next sessions of Freedom Groups will start in our Fall Semester (September 1).
